Fiók és adat törlése

Ez az oldal a Verbaro játékról szól (fejlesztő: Lefi). Itt kérheted a fiókod és az adataid törlését - akkor is, ha a játékot már letörölted a készülékedről.
A fiókod törlése
Írj a verbaro@lefiko.hu címre, és a levélben add meg:
- hogy a fiókod törlését kéred;
- a játékosneved úgy, ahogy a játékban áll;
- ha Google- vagy Apple-fiókhoz kötötted a játékot, arról a címről írj, amelyikkel be szoktál lépni - így rögtön látjuk, hogy te vagy az.
Ha a játékot fiók összekötése nélkül használtad, visszakérdezünk egy-két olyan dologra, amit csak te tudhatsz (például mikor játszottál utoljára). Erre azért van szükség, hogy senki ne törölhesse más fiókját. Ha nem tudjuk megállapítani, hogy a fiók a tiéd, a törlést el kell utasítanunk.
Ha a játék megvan a készülékeden, egyszerűbb ott: Profil → Fiók → Fiók törlése. Ez ugyanazt csinálja, azonnal.
Az adataid törlése
A Verbaróban minden adat a fiókodhoz tartozik: a pontjaid, a statisztikád, az egyenleged, a barátaid. Ezért az adatok törlése a gyakorlatban a fiók törlését jelenti - ugyanaz az út, ugyanarra a címre: verbaro@lefiko.hu.
Ha nem mindent, csak egy adott adatot szeretnél töröltetni, írd meg, pontosan mit - válaszolunk, hogy az önmagában lehetséges-e, vagy csak a teljes törléssel együtt.
Mit törlünk
- a játékos-adatlapod minden adata: játékosnév, pontok, statisztika, VERBA-egyenleg, jelvények;
- a barát-kapcsolataid - a másik játékosnál is;
- az értesítés-tokenek, vagyis a készülékeid azonosítói;
- a belépési fiókod: Google, Apple vagy névtelen.
Mi marad meg, és miért
- a lejátszott partik sora megmarad, hogy a többi játékos eredménye ne csorbuljon - de a neved eltűnik belőle;
- a neved 30 napig nem foglalható újra, utána bárki elviheti;
- a vásárlás azonosítója az áruháztól: enélkül ugyanazt a nyugtát még egyszer be lehetne váltani. Ehhez a sorhoz a törlés után már nem tartozik fiókazonosító.
Mennyi idő alatt
Munkanapokon 5 napon belül válaszolunk, és a törlést legkésőbb 30 napon belül elvégezzük - a gyakorlatban néhány nap. A törlés végleges: utána a fiók és a hozzá tartozó adat nem állítható vissza.

Delete account and data

This page is about the game Verbaro (developer: Lefi). Here you can ask us to delete your account and your data - including if you have already removed the game from your device.
Deleting your account
Write to verbaro@lefiko.hu and tell us:
- that you want your account deleted;
- your player name exactly as it appears in the game;
- if you linked the game to a Google or Apple account, write from that address - then we can see straight away that it is you.
If you played without linking an account, we will ask one or two things only you could know (for example when you last played). This is so that nobody can delete someone else's account. If we cannot establish that the account is yours, we have to refuse the request.
If you still have the game on your device, it is quicker there: Profile → Account → Delete account. It does the same thing, immediately.
Deleting your data
In Verbaro all data belongs to your account: your scores, your statistics, your balance, your friends. So deleting your data means deleting the account in practice - same route, same address: verbaro@lefiko.hu.
If you want only one particular item removed rather than everything, tell us exactly what, and we will answer whether that is possible on its own or only together with full deletion.
What we delete
- everything on your player record: player name, scores, statistics, VERBA balance, badges;
- your friendships - on the other player's side too;
- the notification tokens, that is, the identifiers of your devices;
- your sign-in account: Google, Apple or anonymous.
What stays, and why
- the record of matches you played stays, so that other players' results are not damaged - but your name is removed from it;
- your name cannot be taken again for 30 days; after that anyone may use it;
- the purchase identifier from the store: without it the same receipt could be redeemed a second time. After deletion that record no longer carries an account identifier.
How long it takes
We answer within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest - in practice a few days. Deletion is final: afterwards the account and its data cannot be restored.

Konto und Daten löschen

Diese Seite betrifft das Spiel Verbaro (Entwickler: Lefi). Hier kannst du die Löschung deines Kontos und deiner Daten verlangen - auch dann, wenn du das Spiel schon vom Gerät entfernt hast.
Dein Konto löschen
Schreib an verbaro@lefiko.hu und gib an:
- dass du die Löschung deines Kontos wünschst;
- deinen Spielernamen genau so, wie er im Spiel steht;
- wenn du das Spiel mit einem Google- oder Apple-Konto verbunden hast, schreib von dieser Adresse - dann sehen wir sofort, dass du es bist.
Wenn du ohne verbundenes Konto gespielt hast, fragen wir ein oder zwei Dinge nach, die nur du wissen kannst (zum Beispiel wann du zuletzt gespielt hast). Das ist nötig, damit niemand fremde Konten löschen kann. Wenn wir nicht feststellen können, dass das Konto deines ist, müssen wir die Anfrage ablehnen.
Wenn du das Spiel noch auf dem Gerät hast, geht es dort schneller: Profil → Konto → Konto löschen. Das macht dasselbe, sofort.
Deine Daten löschen
In Verbaro gehören alle Daten zu deinem Konto: Punkte, Statistik, Guthaben, Freunde. Deshalb bedeutet das Löschen der Daten in der Praxis das Löschen des Kontos - gleicher Weg, gleiche Adresse: verbaro@lefiko.hu.
Wenn du nicht alles, sondern nur einen bestimmten Eintrag gelöscht haben möchtest, schreib genau, welchen - wir antworten, ob das für sich allein möglich ist oder nur zusammen mit der vollständigen Löschung.
Was wir löschen
- alles auf deinem Spielerprofil: Spielername, Punkte, Statistik, VERBA-Guthaben, Abzeichen;
- deine Freundschaften - auch beim anderen Spieler;
- die Benachrichtigungs-Token, also die Kennungen deiner Geräte;
- dein Anmeldekonto: Google, Apple oder anonym.
Was bleibt, und warum
- die Zeile der gespielten Partien bleibt, damit die Ergebnisse der anderen nicht beschädigt werden - aber dein Name verschwindet daraus;
- dein Name ist 30 Tage lang nicht neu belegbar, danach darf ihn jeder nehmen;
- die Kaufkennung aus dem Store: ohne sie könnte derselbe Beleg ein zweites Mal eingelöst werden. Nach der Löschung trägt dieser Eintrag keine Kontokennung mehr.
Wie lange es dauert
Wir antworten innerhalb von 5 Werktagen und führen die Löschung spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen durch - in der Praxis in wenigen Tagen. Die Löschung ist endgültig: danach lassen sich Konto und Daten nicht wiederherstellen.

Questa pagina riguarda il gioco Verbaro (sviluppatore: Lefi). Qui puoi chiedere l'eliminazione del tuo account e dei tuoi dati - anche se hai già rimosso il gioco dal dispositivo.
Eliminare il tuo account
Scrivi a verbaro@lefiko.hu indicando:
- che chiedi l'eliminazione del tuo account;
- il tuo nome giocatore esattamente come appare nel gioco;
- se hai collegato il gioco a un account Google o Apple, scrivi da quell'indirizzo: così vediamo subito che sei tu.
Se hai giocato senza collegare un account, ti chiederemo una o due cose che solo tu puoi sapere (per esempio quando hai giocato l'ultima volta). Serve perché nessuno possa eliminare l'account di un altro. Se non riusciamo a stabilire che l'account è tuo, dobbiamo rifiutare la richiesta.
Se hai ancora il gioco sul dispositivo, lì è più rapido: Profilo → Account → Elimina account. Fa la stessa cosa, subito.
Eliminare i tuoi dati
In Verbaro tutti i dati appartengono al tuo account: punti, statistiche, saldo, amici. Perciò eliminare i dati significa in pratica eliminare l'account - stessa strada, stesso indirizzo: verbaro@lefiko.hu.
Se non vuoi eliminare tutto ma solo un dato preciso, scrivici quale: ti diremo se è possibile da solo o soltanto insieme all'eliminazione completa.
Che cosa eliminiamo
- tutti i dati della tua scheda giocatore: nome, punti, statistiche, saldo VERBA, distintivi;
- le tue amicizie - anche dall'altra parte;
- i token di notifica, cioè gli identificativi dei tuoi dispositivi;
- il tuo account di accesso: Google, Apple o anonimo.
Che cosa resta, e perché
- la riga delle partite giocate resta, perché i risultati degli altri non vengano danneggiati - ma il tuo nome sparisce;
- il tuo nome non è riutilizzabile per 30 giorni; dopo può prenderlo chiunque;
- l'identificativo dell'acquisto dello store: senza di esso la stessa ricevuta potrebbe essere usata una seconda volta. Dopo l'eliminazione quella riga non contiene più l'identificativo dell'account.
In quanto tempo
Rispondiamo entro 5 giorni lavorativi ed eseguiamo l'eliminazione al massimo entro 30 giorni - in pratica in pochi giorni. L'eliminazione è definitiva: dopo, account e dati non sono recuperabili.

Eliminar cuenta y datos

Esta página trata del juego Verbaro (desarrollador: Lefi). Aquí puedes pedir que eliminemos tu cuenta y tus datos - también si ya has borrado el juego del dispositivo.
Eliminar tu cuenta
Escribe a verbaro@lefiko.hu e indica:
- que pides la eliminación de tu cuenta;
- tu nombre de jugador tal como aparece en el juego;
- si vinculaste el juego a una cuenta de Google o de Apple, escribe desde esa dirección: así vemos enseguida que eres tú.
Si jugaste sin vincular ninguna cuenta, te preguntaremos una o dos cosas que solo tú puedes saber (por ejemplo cuándo jugaste por última vez). Es necesario para que nadie pueda eliminar la cuenta de otra persona. Si no podemos comprobar que la cuenta es tuya, tenemos que rechazar la solicitud.
Si todavía tienes el juego en el dispositivo, allí es más rápido: Perfil → Cuenta → Eliminar cuenta. Hace lo mismo, al instante.
Eliminar tus datos
En Verbaro todos los datos pertenecen a tu cuenta: puntos, estadísticas, saldo, amigos. Por eso eliminar los datos significa en la práctica eliminar la cuenta: el mismo camino, la misma dirección: verbaro@lefiko.hu.
Si no quieres borrarlo todo, sino solo un dato concreto, dinos cuál: te responderemos si es posible por separado o solo junto con la eliminación completa.
Qué eliminamos
- todos los datos de tu ficha de jugador: nombre, puntos, estadísticas, saldo de VERBA, insignias;
- tus amistades - también en el otro jugador;
- los tokens de notificación, es decir, los identificadores de tus dispositivos;
- tu cuenta de acceso: Google, Apple o anónima.
Qué permanece, y por qué
- la línea de las partidas jugadas permanece, para no dañar los resultados de los demás, pero tu nombre desaparece de ella;
- tu nombre no puede reutilizarse durante 30 días; después puede tomarlo cualquiera;
- el identificador de la compra de la tienda: sin él, el mismo recibo podría canjearse una segunda vez. Tras la eliminación, ese registro ya no lleva identificador de cuenta.
Cuánto tarda
Respondemos en 5 días laborables y completamos la eliminación como máximo en 30 días; en la práctica, en pocos días. La eliminación es definitiva: después, la cuenta y sus datos no se pueden recuperar.
