Ki kezeli az adataidat
A Verbaro játékot a "LEFIKÓ" Informatikai, Szolgáltató, Kereskedelmi és Tanácsadó Betéti Társaság üzemelteti (székhely: 2049 Diósd, Álmos fejedelem utca 23., Magyarország). Az áruházakban a fejlesztő neve: Lefi. Minden adatvédelmi kérdésben ez a cím a tiéd: verbaro@lefiko.hu.
Mit gyűjtünk, és mire
Csak azt, ami a játékhoz kell. Ez a hat adat:
Amit nem gyűjtünk
Nem gyűjtünk helyadatot, névjegyzéket, fényképet, hangot, fájlt, üzenetet, böngészési előzményt, a telepített appok listáját és hirdetési azonosítót. A játékban nincs Analytics és nincs összeomlás-jelentő sem.
Kivel osztjuk meg
Senkivel. Nem adunk el és nem adunk tovább adatot. A játék a Google Firebase szolgáltatásain fut, amely ebben a szerepben a Google saját meghatározása szerint is szolgáltató, nem harmadik fél. Egy dolgot mások is látnak, de az maga a játék: a játékosneved megjelenik a partiban és a ranglistán.
Hol tároljuk, és hogyan utazik
Az adat a Google Firebase európai adatközpontjában, Frankfurtban (europe-west3) van. A játék és a szerver között minden forgalom titkosítva (HTTPS) megy.
Meddig őrizzük
A fiókodhoz tartozó adatot addig, amíg a fiókod létezik. Egy dolognak saját, rövidebb ideje van: a beküldés-napló - vagyis hogy egy körben melyik szót mikor küldted be - 90 nap után magától törlődik. Ez a holtverseny eldöntéséhez és a csalás-vizsgálathoz kell, a játékban soha nem jelenik meg. Ha törlést kérsz, az nem 90 nap: a törlés azonnal megtörténik.
Mi történik, ha törlöd a fiókodat
A törlést a játékban egy koppintással elindíthatod (Profil → Fiók → Fiók törlése), és itt le van írva az is, hogyan kérheted, ha már letörölted az appot. Ilyenkor ez történik:
- törlődik a játékos-adatlapod minden adata: pontok, statisztika, egyenleg, jelvények, barátok, értesítés-tokenek;
- a barát-kapcsolatok a másik játékosnál is megszűnnek;
- a lejátszott partik sora megmarad, hogy a többiek eredménye ne csorbuljon - de a neved eltűnik belőle;
- a neved felszabadul, de 30 napig nem foglalható újra; egy korábban visszavont név véglegesen tiltott marad;
- a belépési fiókod (Google, Apple vagy névtelen) a legvégén törlődik.
Egyetlen dolgot megtartunk: a vásárlás azonosítóját az áruháztól. Erre azért van szükség, hogy ugyanazt a nyugtát ne lehessen még egyszer beváltani. Ehhez a sorhoz a törlés után már nem tartozik fiókazonosító - azt a törléskor kiürítjük.
A jogaid
Kérheted, hogy megmondjuk, milyen adatot kezelünk rólad, kérheted a helyesbítését, a törlését, a kezelés korlátozását, tiltakozhatsz ellene, és kérheted az adataid kiadását. Írj a verbaro@lefiko.hu címre - munkanapokon 5 napon belül válaszolunk.
Ha nem vagy elégedett a válasszal, panaszt tehetsz a Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóságnál (NAIH), vagy a lakóhelyed szerinti adatvédelmi hatóságnál.
Milyen alapon kezeljük
A játékosnevet, a fiókazonosítót és a játékbeli tevékenységet azért kezeljük, mert enélkül a játék nem működik - ez a szolgáltatás nyújtása. A vásárlási előzményt a vásárlás teljesítéséhez és a visszaélés megelőzéséhez kezeljük. Az értesítés-token csak akkor keletkezik, ha engedélyezed az értesítéseket, és bármikor kikapcsolhatod a készüléked beállításaiban.
Gyerekek
A Verbaro nem gyerekeknek készült, és nem is nekik szól. Nem gyűjtünk tudatosan adatot gyerekektől. Ha úgy látod, hogy mégis történt ilyen, írj nekünk, és töröljük.

Who handles your data
Verbaro is operated by "LEFIKÓ" Informatikai, Szolgáltató, Kereskedelmi és Tanácsadó Betéti Társaság (registered office: Álmos fejedelem utca 23., 2049 Diósd, Hungary). In the app stores our developer name is Lefi. For anything about your data, write to verbaro@lefiko.hu.
What we collect, and what for
Only what the game needs. These six things:
What we do not collect
We do not collect location, contacts, photos, audio, files, messages, browsing history, the list of installed apps or an advertising identifier. The game has no analytics and no crash reporting either.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell and do not pass on your data. The game runs on Google Firebase, which in this role is a service provider by Google's own definition, not a third party. One thing is visible to others, but that is the game itself: your player name appears in matches and on the leaderboard.
Where we keep it, and how it travels
Your data lives in Google Firebase's European data centre in Frankfurt (europe-west3). All traffic between the game and the server is encrypted (HTTPS).
How long we keep it
Data tied to your account, for as long as your account exists. One thing has its own, shorter life: the submission log - which word you submitted and when, within a round - is deleted automatically after 90 days. We need it to settle ties and to investigate cheating; it never appears in the game. If you ask for deletion, that is not 90 days: deletion happens immediately.
What happens when you delete your account
You can start deletion in the game with one tap (Profile → Account → Delete account), and this page explains how to ask for it if you have already removed the app. Here is what happens:
- everything on your player record is deleted: scores, statistics, balance, badges, friends, notification tokens;
- friendships end on the other player's side too;
- the record of matches you played stays, so that other players' results are not damaged - but your name is removed from it;
- your name is released, but cannot be taken again for 30 days; a name that was withdrawn earlier stays blocked for good;
- your sign-in account (Google, Apple or anonymous) is deleted last.
We keep exactly one thing: the purchase identifier from the store. This is needed so that the same receipt cannot be redeemed a second time. After deletion that record no longer carries an account identifier - we clear it as part of the deletion.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to its use, and ask for a copy of your data. Write to verbaro@lefiko.hu - we answer within 5 working days.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or to the data protection authority where you live.
On what basis we use it
We use your player name, account identifier and in-game activity because the game does not work without them - this is providing the service. Purchase history is used to complete your purchase and to prevent abuse. The notification token only exists if you allow notifications, and you can switch them off at any time in your device settings.
Children
Verbaro is not made for children and is not aimed at them. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe this has happened, write to us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes
If we change it in any meaningful way, we will say so here and update the date above.

Was wir erheben und wofür
Nur das, was das Spiel braucht. Diese sechs Dinge:
Was wir nicht erheben
Wir erheben keinen Standort, keine Kontakte, keine Fotos, kein Audio, keine Dateien, keine Nachrichten, keinen Browserverlauf, keine Liste installierter Apps und keine Werbekennung. Das Spiel hat auch keine Analytics und keine Absturzberichte.
Mit wem wir sie teilen
Mit niemandem. Wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht und geben sie nicht weiter. Das Spiel läuft auf Google Firebase, das in dieser Rolle nach Googles eigener Definition Dienstleister ist und kein Dritter. Eines sehen andere sehr wohl, aber das ist das Spiel selbst: dein Spielername erscheint in der Partie und in der Rangliste.
Wo wir sie speichern, und wie sie reisen
Die Daten liegen im europäischen Rechenzentrum von Google Firebase in Frankfurt (europe-west3). Der gesamte Verkehr zwischen Spiel und Server ist verschlüsselt (HTTPS).
Wie lange wir sie aufbewahren
Die Daten zu deinem Konto so lange, wie dein Konto besteht. Eine Sache hat ihre eigene, kürzere Frist: das Einsende-Protokoll - welches Wort du in einer Runde wann eingereicht hast - wird nach 90 Tagen automatisch gelöscht. Wir brauchen es für Punktgleichstände und für die Untersuchung von Betrug; im Spiel taucht es nie auf. Wenn du eine Löschung verlangst, sind das keine 90 Tage: die Löschung geschieht sofort.
Was bei der Löschung deines Kontos passiert
Du kannst die Löschung im Spiel mit einem Tippen starten (Profil → Konto → Konto löschen), und auf dieser Seite steht, wie du sie anforderst, wenn du die App schon entfernt hast. Es passiert Folgendes:
- alle Daten deines Spielerprofils werden gelöscht: Punkte, Statistik, Guthaben, Abzeichen, Freunde, Benachrichtigungs-Token;
- Freundschaften enden auch beim anderen Spieler;
- die Zeile der gespielten Partien bleibt bestehen, damit die Ergebnisse der anderen nicht beschädigt werden - aber dein Name verschwindet daraus;
- dein Name wird frei, ist aber 30 Tage lang nicht neu belegbar; ein früher zurückgezogener Name bleibt dauerhaft gesperrt;
- dein Anmeldekonto (Google, Apple oder anonym) wird zuletzt gelöscht.
Eines behalten wir: die Kaufkennung aus dem Store. Sie ist nötig, damit derselbe Beleg nicht ein zweites Mal eingelöst werden kann. Nach der Löschung trägt dieser Eintrag keine Kontokennung mehr - wir leeren sie im Zuge der Löschung.

Du kannst erfahren, welche Daten wir über dich verarbeiten, ihre Berichtigung oder Löschung verlangen, die Verarbeitung einschränken lassen, ihr widersprechen und eine Kopie deiner Daten anfordern. Schreib an verbaro@lefiko.hu - wir antworten innerhalb von 5 Werktagen.
Wenn dich unsere Antwort nicht zufriedenstellt, kannst du dich bei der ungarischen Datenschutzbehörde (NAIH) oder bei der Datenschutzbehörde deines Wohnorts beschweren.
Auf welcher Grundlage
Spielername, Kontokennung und Aktivität im Spiel verarbeiten wir, weil das Spiel ohne sie nicht funktioniert - das ist die Erbringung der Leistung. Die Kaufhistorie dient der Abwicklung deines Kaufs und der Vermeidung von Missbrauch. Das Benachrichtigungs-Token entsteht nur, wenn du Benachrichtigungen erlaubst, und du kannst sie jederzeit in den Geräteeinstellungen abschalten.
Kinder
Verbaro ist nicht für Kinder gemacht und richtet sich nicht an sie. Wir erheben wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern. Wenn du meinst, dass es doch passiert ist, schreib uns, und wir löschen sie.
Wenn sich diese Erklärung ändert
Wenn wir sie wesentlich ändern, schreiben wir es hier und aktualisieren das Datum oben.

Che cosa raccogliamo, e per che cosa
Solo ciò che serve al gioco. Queste sei cose:
Che cosa non raccogliamo
Non raccogliamo posizione, rubrica, foto, audio, file, messaggi, cronologia di navigazione, elenco delle app installate né identificativi pubblicitari. Il gioco non ha nemmeno strumenti di analytics o di segnalazione dei crash.
Con chi li condividiamo
Con nessuno. Non vendiamo e non cediamo i tuoi dati. Il gioco funziona su Google Firebase, che in questo ruolo è un fornitore di servizi secondo la definizione di Google stessa, non un terzo. Una cosa la vedono anche gli altri, ma è il gioco stesso: il tuo nome giocatore compare nella partita e in classifica.
Dove li conserviamo, e come viaggiano
I dati si trovano nel centro dati europeo di Google Firebase a Francoforte (europe-west3). Tutto il traffico tra il gioco e il server è cifrato (HTTPS).
Per quanto tempo li conserviamo
I dati legati al tuo account finché il tuo account esiste. Una cosa ha una durata propria, più breve: il registro degli invii - quale parola hai inviato e quando, dentro un turno - viene cancellato automaticamente dopo 90 giorni. Ci serve per decidere i pari merito e per le verifiche antifrode; nel gioco non compare mai. Se chiedi la cancellazione, non sono 90 giorni: avviene subito.
Che cosa succede se elimini l'account
Puoi avviare l'eliminazione nel gioco con un tocco (Profilo → Account → Elimina account), e in questa pagina è spiegato come chiederla se hai già rimosso l'app. Ecco che cosa succede:
- vengono eliminati tutti i dati della tua scheda giocatore: punti, statistiche, saldo, distintivi, amici, token di notifica;
- le amicizie finiscono anche dall'altra parte;
- la riga delle partite giocate resta, perché i risultati degli altri non vengano danneggiati - ma il tuo nome sparisce;
- il tuo nome si libera, ma non è ripetibile per 30 giorni; un nome ritirato in precedenza resta bloccato per sempre;
- il tuo account di accesso (Google, Apple o anonimo) viene eliminato per ultimo.
Una cosa la conserviamo: l'identificativo dell'acquisto dello store. Serve perché la stessa ricevuta non possa essere utilizzata una seconda volta. Dopo l'eliminazione quella riga non contiene più l'identificativo dell'account: lo svuotiamo durante l'eliminazione.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere quali dati trattiamo su di te, chiederne la rettifica o la cancellazione, chiedere di limitarne l'uso, opporti al trattamento e chiedere una copia dei tuoi dati. Scrivi a verbaro@lefiko.hu: rispondiamo entro 5 giorni lavorativi.
Se la nostra risposta non ti soddisfa, puoi presentare reclamo all'autorità ungherese per la protezione dei dati (NAIH) o all'autorità del paese in cui vivi.
Su quale base li trattiamo
Trattiamo nome giocatore, identificativo dell'account e attività di gioco perché senza di essi il gioco non funziona: è la fornitura del servizio. La cronologia degli acquisti serve a completare l'acquisto e a prevenire gli abusi. Il token di notifica esiste solo se autorizzi le notifiche, e puoi disattivarle in qualsiasi momento nelle impostazioni del dispositivo.
Bambini
Verbaro non è pensato per i bambini e non si rivolge a loro. Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati da bambini. Se pensi che sia successo, scrivici e li cancelleremo.

Qué recogemos y para qué
Solo lo que el juego necesita. Estas seis cosas:
Qué no recogemos
No recogemos ubicación, agenda de contactos, fotos, audio, archivos, mensajes, historial de navegación, lista de aplicaciones instaladas ni identificador publicitario. El juego tampoco tiene analítica ni informes de fallos.
Con quién los compartimos
Con nadie. No vendemos ni cedemos tus datos. El juego funciona sobre Google Firebase, que en este papel es un proveedor de servicios según la propia definición de Google, no un tercero. Una cosa sí la ven los demás, pero es el juego mismo: tu nombre de jugador aparece en la partida y en la clasificación.
Dónde los guardamos y cómo viajan
Los datos están en el centro de datos europeo de Google Firebase, en Fráncfort (europe-west3). Todo el tráfico entre el juego y el servidor va cifrado (HTTPS).
Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
Los datos ligados a tu cuenta, mientras tu cuenta exista. Una cosa tiene su propio plazo, más corto: el registro de envíos - qué palabra enviaste y cuándo, dentro de una ronda - se borra automáticamente a los 90 días. Nos hace falta para resolver empates y para investigar trampas; en el juego no aparece nunca. Si pides la eliminación, no son 90 días: se hace de inmediato.
Qué pasa si eliminas tu cuenta
Puedes iniciar la eliminación en el juego con un toque (Perfil → Cuenta → Eliminar cuenta), y en esta página se explica cómo pedirla si ya has borrado la aplicación. Esto es lo que ocurre:
- se borran todos los datos de tu ficha de jugador: puntos, estadísticas, saldo, insignias, amigos, tokens de notificación;
- las amistades terminan también en el otro jugador;
- la línea de las partidas jugadas permanece, para no dañar los resultados de los demás, pero tu nombre desaparece de ella;
- tu nombre queda libre, pero no puede volver a ocuparse durante 30 días; un nombre retirado anteriormente queda bloqueado para siempre;
- tu cuenta de acceso (Google, Apple o anónima) se elimina al final.
Conservamos una sola cosa: el identificador de la compra de la tienda. Hace falta para que el mismo recibo no pueda canjearse una segunda vez. Tras la eliminación, ese registro ya no lleva identificador de cuenta: lo vaciamos durante la eliminación.
Tus derechos
Puedes preguntar qué datos tratamos sobre ti, pedir su rectificación o su supresión, pedir que limitemos su uso, oponerte al tratamiento y pedir una copia de tus datos. Escribe a verbaro@lefiko.hu: respondemos en 5 días laborables.
Si nuestra respuesta no te satisface, puedes reclamar ante la autoridad húngara de protección de datos (NAIH) o ante la autoridad de tu país de residencia.
Con qué base los tratamos
Tratamos el nombre de jugador, el identificador de cuenta y la actividad en el juego porque sin ellos el juego no funciona: es la prestación del servicio. El historial de compras sirve para completar tu compra y para prevenir abusos. El token de notificación solo existe si autorizas las notificaciones, y puedes desactivarlas cuando quieras en los ajustes del dispositivo.
Niños
Verbaro no está hecho para niños ni se dirige a ellos. No recogemos conscientemente datos de niños. Si crees que ha ocurrido, escríbenos y los borraremos.
